Tanya Mariottini GMS-T is Director, Global Mobility at Twilio, Inc.  With 15+ years of Global Talent Mobility experience working in diverse industries and matrixed organizations, Tanya’s has also had over 10 years in leadership roles and international assignments in both Asia and Europe.

In the US and now globally, ‘Environmental, Social & Governance’ (ESG) is emerging as an important part of any organisation’s policy.  Tanya is an ESG Champion and is extremely passionate about each facet of the program and has a wealth of information and ideas that assist organisations to incorporate it into their operations.

Tanya has received peer recognition as a Most Admired Corporate Professional from ‘The View From the Top’ in 2021 and 2022. Tanya is an advocate for ‘Move For Hunger’, a non-profit focused on sustainability and food insecurity, and has actively participated on their Corporate Action Network since its founding in 2018, joining their Board of Directors in 2022.

Tanya holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Management from The College of Idaho.
