During his career he helped some of the world’s best organizations to design and implement effective Global Mobility solutions. His experience includes both consulting and operational HR and was developed over 3 decades in global and regional roles.

Mario is committed to sharing his experience with other Global Mobility professionals. He regularly contributes to conferences, articles, media interviews and training workshops. He has also actively contributed to the activities of Worldwide ERC, where he served on the Board of Directors and a Chairman of their Asia Pacific Committee.
